Disciple Making in a Fallen World (Part 2)

Disciple Making in a Fallen World (Part 2)

The call of Christ is to make disciples, not just converts. It is for this reason Paul and Barnabas returned to the cities they had visited, despite formally being persecuted and driven from them. They did this to strengthen the new converts in their faith and to place them in the care of godly, God-appointed elders. Upon returning they encouraged the church with all that the Lord was pleased to do through them. In this message we look at the last four qualities of disciple making:

(6) Disciple makers strengthen disciples in their faith (vv. 21b-23)
(7) Disciple makers encourage the wider church (vv. 24-27a)
(8) Disciple makers glorify God for the work (vv. 27b-28)
(9) Disciple makers recharge their spiritual batteries (v. 28)
