Reuben was born and raised in a loving Christian family in Warrnambool in south-west Victoria. His father was an elder at a local Church of Christ and Reuben was taught to know the scriptures along with his three siblings. As a result, he came to know Christ from an early age. After moving to Melbourne to study Engineering, he joined Student Life (Campus Crusade for Christ) at Monash University where he matured in his faith and encountered expository preaching. Reuben has a passion for Bible teaching and regularly teaches Equip Classes to help believers mature and see the God of the Bible for who He is, worthy of worship, love and obedience.
Reuben is married to Gina and together they have four boys: Levi, David, Emmett and Adam. Reuben and Gina have been covenant members of Hills Bible Church since 2017.
