Joshua sensed a call to ministry soon after being saved as a teenager. At 18 years of age, he attended a Bible College in the USA, where he met and married Joy, his wife of 25 years. After completing the three-year course, they moved to Switzerland. For seven years, he supported the local church through several ministries.
After returning to Australia Joshua started a career in finance to support his growing family. Whilst working in the world of finance, he was also involved in the Army Reserve. Gradually he began to feel a sense of urgency to his pastoral calling and to undergo more theologically robust training. Talking to Pastor Craig about this, he was encouraged to consider Presbyterian Theological College, which he started in 2022 and is now completing his final year.
Joshua is looking forward to serving the HBC church family in the capacity of Pastoral Intern and prays that the Name of Jesus will be lifted high in all we do together at Hills Bible Church.
