Hills Bible Church is about to enter Phase II of its development.
For over three months we have had the joy of worshiping in a “home church” setting. We have experienced spiritual growth as we have met each Sunday afternoon to offer our praise and adoration to God. He has knit us closely together and taught us the importance of relying solely on Him. Our fellowship has experienced God’s leading as our numbers have grown to the point where it is no longer practical to continue in a home setting.
Commencing this Sunday – 8 November 2009 – at 10:00AM
…we will start meeting in a church located at 43 York Street in Mont Albert. During Phase II, we will be focusing on our morning services to make sure they reflects our Core Values which proclaim that we are:
- A People of the Word (Teaching and Training)
- A People of Prayer (Personal and Corporate)
- A People of Mission (Evangelism and Discipleship)
During the service, children from 3 – 12 will be offered activity packs. We also have an infant and carer’s room adjacent to the church auditorium which provides visual and sound access to the service.
It’s our intention to move to stage III in the Autumn of 2010 when we will be offering a more comprehensive program including a children’s church which will run concurrent with our morning worship service. And because we place a high priority on providing for the whole family, we will be adding other other age specific programs.
