Sil and Neil were married in 2022 and serve in West Africa with SIM. Drawing on over 20 years of combined cross-cultural experience, they use their administration and leadership skills to help strengthen local ministries and outreach into new communities. Practically this involves support of SIM personnel and projects such as Bible translation and radio evangelism, and investing in local church leaders to help them grow and develop a variety of ministries. They live in a rural city with a population of around 300,000 people.
