Mike and Fran are staff workers with the Navigators. Mike is the Melbourne City Director for the Navigators and, with Fran, serves in the development and coaching of labourers for student and community ministry. Mike and Fran are originally from the US, but made Australia their new home in 1988. Since that time Mike has served in various leadership roles in the Navigators, both in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. He and Fran shifted to Melbourne in 2011 and began attending HBC in 2012. They have four adult children and seven grandchildren.
