Sil serves with SIM in West Africa as a Projects Coordinator. In this role she works alongside local partners and colleagues to help plan, implement and evaluate ministries that rely on international funding. Specific examples of projects include Bible translation, radio evangelism across 19 different languages, some medical work and church leadership development. She lives in a rural city with a population of around 250,000 people.
